Who are the 'Untamed' boxes for?
The Untamed boxes are a creative collection of DIY boxes that allow you to create the most inviting decor pieces. Everything is included in one box: materials, instructions, and inspiration. (Batteries are sometimes not included, but this is always indicated.)
You're the only one providing the me-time. It's for anyone who enjoys peace, creativity, and conviviality. No experience is necessary; our boxes are designed to be intuitive and relaxing. Perfect for a quiet afternoon project, as a gift, or as a lasting mood-enhancing addition to your home.
You can also do this with your children, but keep in mind that most boxes contain delicate elements. We recommend supervision for children under 12. It's a wonderful experience to do together: peaceful, fun, and connecting.
How long does it take me to make one box?
That depends on the box. Small scenes typically take 2 to 4 hours, larger projects 5 to 8 hours. But Untamed isn't about speed; it's meant to be enjoyed slowly.
How to use/make the 'Untamed By You' products?
Clear instructions are always included, these can be in Dutch or English or via a step-by-step plan with images.
Place your creation in a dry place out of direct sunlight, so it will continue to shine in all its charm for years to come.
Everything is reusable and made from wood or sustainable materials. You don't have to throw anything away: you create something that lasts.
Dusting with a soft brush or cloth is sufficient. Do not use moisture or cleaning agents.
How do gift cards work?
After purchasing a gift card, you will receive an email containing the digital gift card number.
To use this, you need to enter the code on the payment page under 'discount code'.
What are the shipping costs?
The cost for delivery within Belgium is €5.50.
Shipping costs to the Netherlands and other countries within Europe are €7.50.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the product hasn't yet been packaged, you can still make a change or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form .
How long does it take to receive my order?
Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery time is usually 2-6 business days. Delivery times for other European countries may be slightly longer. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code so you can follow it.
How do I return my product(s)?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Returns are only accepted for unopened boxes in their original, undamaged packaging. The item must be in the same condition as when received and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

My payment failed, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear your payment failed! Do you have sufficient funds in your account? Or is there a problem with your bank and/or credit card provider? If neither of these is the case, please contact us via the contact form and let us know you're having trouble paying for your order.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your own expense. Costs vary by local parcel point.
How do I use a discount code?
To apply a discount code, first go to "Checkout." Once you're on that page, you'll see a separate section where you can apply the discount code.
On desktop, this is on the right side of the page. On mobile, it's at the bottom of the page before you proceed to checkout.
How can I contact customer service?
