1. Age recommendation

Our embroidery kits are suitable for ages 12 and up. Not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts and sharp needles.

2. Material safety

All materials comply with European safety standards EN71 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for textiles. The embroidery thread is colorfast and safe for home use.

3. Warnings

  • Sharp Objects: Contains embroidery needle(s) with sharp points. Risk of punctures or injury.
  • Choking Hazard: Contains small parts (needles, thread, beads if present). Not suitable for children under 3 years.
  • Supervision required: Children aged 8-12 must work under adult supervision.
  • Needle safety: Use the needle with care. Store needles safely after use.

4. Instructions for use

Work in a well-lit area. Store needles in the supplied needle holder or insert them into the fabric when not in use. Keep sharp objects out of the reach of children and pets.

5. Allergens

Our embroidery threads and fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified and contain no harmful substances. If you have any sensitivity to certain textile materials, we recommend consulting the product information or contacting us.

6. Storage & Shelf Life

Store the embroidery kit in a dry place, out of direct sunlight to prevent discoloration. The embroidery thread and fabric will last indefinitely when stored correctly.

7. Disposal

Embroidery needles can be disposed of with residual waste or metal recycling. Residual yarn and fabrics can be disposed of with textile recycling. Cardboard packaging can be disposed of with paper/cardboard recycling. Plastic packaging can be disposed of with plastic waste.

8. Conformity

Our embroidery products comply with European regulations for consumer products, including REACH regulations and textile guidelines (OEKO-TEX Standard 100).

9. Safety tips

  • Never poke yourself or others
  • Count your needles before and after use
  • Use a thimble when embroidering for extended periods
  • Take regular breaks to prevent RSI
  • Work on a stable surface
