How to use/make the 'Untamed By You' products?
Clear instructions are always included, these can be in Dutch or English.
Place your creation in a dry place out of direct sunlight, so it will continue to shine in all its charm for years to come.
Everything is reusable and made of wood or natural materials. You don't have to throw anything away: you create something that lasts.
Dusting with a soft brush or cloth is sufficient. Do not use moisture or cleaning agents.
What are the shipping costs?
The cost for delivery within Belgium is €6.50.
Shipping costs to the Netherlands and other countries within Europe are €9.50.
How do gift cards work?
After purchasing a gift card, you will receive an email containing the digital gift card number.
To use this, you need to enter the code on the payment page under 'discount code'.
How do I use a discount code?
To apply a discount code, first go to "Checkout." Once you're on that page, you'll see a separate section where you can apply the discount code.
On desktop, this is on the right side of the page. On mobile, it's at the bottom of the page before you proceed to checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the product hasn't yet been packaged, you can still make a change or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form .
How long does it take to receive my order?
Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery time is usually 2 business days. Delivery times may be slightly longer for other European countries.
As soon as the package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code to follow the package.
How do I return my product(s)?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Returns are only accepted for unopened boxes in their original, undamaged packaging. The item must be in the same condition as when received and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
